专利说明:
The invention relates to an external opening control for an opening of a motor vehicle. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle provided with an external opening control of an opening. For aesthetic and aerodynamic reasons, an external opening control handle of a motor vehicle door may be flush type. Such a handle has an outer surface at the outer surface of the door, so that it does not show a grip. It must be previously output, or deployed, to be entered by a user. Patent document FR 2 800 784 B1 discloses an order for opening a motor vehicle door. A configuration of the opening control comprises a flush-type pivoting handle, namely that when the latter is in the rest position, also called retracted position, it is flush with the outer surface of the door. When a user exerts a stress on the handle in the rest position, the handle pivots, against the elastic force of a spring, to a position of use where it can be entered by a user to control the opening the door. When the handle is grasped by the user, it comes into abutment against an end-of-travel device which generates a control signal to open the door. In this configuration of this teaching, the handle is not ergonomic and stylish in that its pivot axis is at a central position. In addition, its pivoting lack of being motorized. GB 2492319 A discloses an opening command for a motor vehicle door. The control includes a flush-type handle configured to pivot from a retracted position to an extended position, the pivot being motorized. The pivoting of the handle can be controlled by the user via a remote control for locking and unlocking the vehicle. The handle may comprise on its surface, two capacitive type buttons or "switch" through which, respectively, the user carries out the deployment of the handle and the unlocking of the doors, and the retraction of the handle and the locking the doors. The deployment and retraction control by the remote control locking / unlocking of the vehicle lacks ergonomics, unlike the control by contact with the handle. The presence of buttons on the handle, however, makes the construction of the handle complex, expensive and subject to failures. The invention aims to solve at least one of the disadvantages of the aforementioned prior art. More specifically, the invention aims to facilitate the use and assembly of an external opening control of a motor vehicle opening. The invention also aims at a simple and economical solution. The invention relates to an external opening control for a motor vehicle door, comprising a housing; a handle mounted movably on the housing between an extended position and a retracted position to be embedded in the opening; opening control means of the opening in response to a pull on the handle in the extended position remarkable in that the opening control further comprises means for detecting movement of the handle relative to the housing, resulting from a pressure on said handle, said means being configured to lock the door and / or move the handle. According to particular embodiments, the outer opening control may comprise one or more of the following characteristics, taken individually or according to all the possible technical combinations: the detection means are configured to detect a travel movement of the handle corresponding to less than 20%, preferably less than 10%, of a total stroke of said handle between the deployed and retracted positions. The detection means are of the capacitive, inductive, optical and / or pneumatic type. - The detection means are configured to detect a depression of the handle from the extended position and / or the retracted position. - The opening control means of the opening is mechanical or electrical. - The movement of the handle from the retracted position to the deployed position and vice versa is operated mechanically or electrically. - The handle comprises a bearing area on which the user can perform a pressure to move the handle. - The total travel of the handle between the deployed and retracted position is preferably measured at the support zone of the handle. - The movement of the handle movement is preferably 2mm, the latter being measured at the support zone of the handle - The handle is a flush-type handle also called "flush" handle. - The pressure on the handle brings the handle closer to the case. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising opening and a locking system of said doors, at least one of the opening comprising an outer opening control; remarkable in that said control is according to the invention, the detection means communicating with the locking system so as to lock the opening when detecting a displacement of the handle resulting from a pressure from the deployed position. According to particular embodiments, the vehicle may comprise one or more of the following characteristics, taken separately or according to all the possible technical combinations: the detection means are configured to, in addition, control a retraction movement of the handle during detecting movement of the handle resulting from pressure from the deployed position. - The detection means are configured to super-lock the opening during the detection of a movement of the handle resulting from a pressure from the retracted position within a predefined period of time after locking when detecting a displacement the handle resulting from pressure from the deployed position. - The detection means are configured to unlock the opening when detecting a displacement of the handle resulting from a pressure from the retracted position outside a predefined period of time after locking when detecting a moving the handle resulting from pressure from the deployed position. - The predefined time after locking is preferably 3 seconds. In general, the particular modes of each object of the invention are also applicable to the other objects of the invention. As far as technically possible, each object of the invention is combinable with other objects. The measures of the invention are interesting in that the deployment of the handle is no longer dependent on the detection of a force exerted on the handle but depends on the detection of a movement of the handle resulting from a slight pressure exerted on the handle. Pressing on the handle also allows retraction of the handle, locking and super-locking of the opening of the vehicle. The invention also removes buttons visible on the handle in order to make more aesthetic this area of the opening. The costs and installation time of the handles and the external opening controls also decrease. Other features and advantages of the present invention will be better understood with the aid of the description given by way of example and with reference to the drawings among which: FIG. 1 presents an opening leaf of a motor vehicle equipped with a control of opening of the opening; - Figure 2 shows a sectional view of the opening control along the axis ΙΙ-ΙΓ plotted in Figure 1; - Figure 3 shows the sectional view of Figure 2 where the handle is in an extended position. Figure 1 shows an opening 2. The opening 2 may be a vehicle opening (not shown), including a motor vehicle. However, other applications are possible. The opening is here represented from the outside of the vehicle, the outside being in relation to the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The opening 2 can be a door for a passenger. The opening 2 may include an outer sheet 4, also called skin, which forms the outer surface 6 of the opening. The opening 2 comprises an outer opening control of the opening. The outer opening control comprises a handle 8 and a housing on which the handle is movably mounted between an extended position and a retracted position to be embedded in the sash. In its retracted position, the handle 8 is at the outer surface 6 of the opening. In its deployed position (not visible), the handle protrudes from the outer surface 6 of the opening so as to be manipulated by a user. These handles are flush-type handles, also referred to as the Anglo-Saxon "flush". The outer opening control also includes opening opening control means (not shown) in response to traction on the handle in the deployed position. The pull on the handle is usually performed by a user. The control means of the opening of the opening can be mechanical or electrical. Figure 2 shows a section of the opening control shown in Figure 1. The section is taken along the axis ΙΙ-ΙΓ plotted in Figure 1. Figure 3 shows the handle in an extended position. Figures 2 and 3 respectively show the handle 8 in its retracted position and in its deployed position. The handle is mounted movably on a housing 10 by means of a pivot connection 12. In the specific case of these representations, the movable mounting of the handle 8 relative to the housing 10 is pivoted along an axis (not visible) generally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the handle 8. However, it is understood that other mobile assemblies are possible. In its retracted position (Figure 2), the handle 8 is housed in the housing 10 so as to be embedded in the opening. In its deployed position (Figure 3), the handle 8 protrudes from the outer surface of the opening so as to be manipulated by a user. The outer opening control comprises means 14 for detecting movement of the handle 8 relative to the housing 10, the movement of the handle resulting from pressure on the handle. The handle 8 may include a bearing area 16 on which a user will press to move the handle. The bearing zone 16 may be located at one end of the handle, preferably at the end opposite the pivot connection 12. The detection means 14 are configured to lock the sash and / or move the handle. The detection means 14 may be configured to detect a movement of movement of the handle corresponding to less than 20%, preferably less than 10%, of a total stroke of said handle between the deployed and retracted positions. The detection means 14 may be located in the housing 10 or at the pivot connection 12, these placements being not limiting. The detection means 14 may be of the capacitive, inductive, optical and / or pneumatic type. They may for example be sensors of the absolute encoder type or hall effect sensor, which will capture different positions of the previously configured handle. This type of sensor will also adapt the stroke detected by the detection means according to the needs. The detection means 14 may be configured to detect a depression of the handle 8 from the extended position and / or the retracted position. When a user presses on the handle 8 in the retracted or extended position, preferably on the bearing zone 16, it causes movement of the handle 8, more particularly a depression of the handle. The support on the handle is preferably performed for at least 200ms, more preferably for at least 100ms with a force of the order of 10 Newton, preferably at least 5 Newton. After pressing, the handle 8 then makes a stroke in the direction indicated by the arrow, the stroke being detected by the detection means 14. The displacement stroke preferably corresponds to a stroke of 2 mm, the latter being measured at the level of support zone 16 of the handle 8. The movement of the handle is shown in dashed lines in FIGS. 2 and 3. The detection means 14 communicate with a locking system (not shown) of the opening of the vehicle so as to lock the opening when detecting a displacement of the handle 8 resulting from pressure from the extended position of the handle 8 Likewise, upon detecting movement of the handle 8 resulting from pressure from the deployed position, the detecting means 14 may control a retracting movement of the handle 8. Thus, when pressure is applied on the handle 8 from its deployed position, this causes a movement of the handle to its retracted position and the locking of the openings. If a user presses the handle 8 in the retracted position within a predefined period of time after locking, when detecting movement of the handle resulting from pressure from the deployed position, the sensing means 14 will again detect a movement of the handle and a super-lock of the opening of the vehicle will be activated. Superlocking can provide different functions and is in itself known to those skilled in the art. The predefined period of time is preferably 3 seconds. However, any other value can be chosen. If a user presses the handle in the retracted position outside the predefined period of time after locking, the detection means 14 will detect a movement of movement of the handle and the unlocking of the doors will be activated. Similarly, the handle 8 will then be moved from its retracted position to its deployed position. The user will then be able to manipulate the handle and exert a traction on it to proceed to the opening of the corresponding opening. The movements of the handle from the retracted position to the deployed position and from the extended position to the retracted position are operated mechanically or electrically.
